With our capacity development Training we are developing an accelerator program delivered over a course of three years. This program focusses on education, research and awareness raising; building a network of human-rights trainers and peace-builders for a democratic society; enhancing the level of civil society organizations in areas of management, M&E, fundraising and planning.

Our method:

• Face-to-face training of trainers on following subjects: human rights (general knowledge, international mechanisms, reporting, documenting), with sessions on internet/computer security; democracy in organizations.
• Online training courses on the following subjects: organizational development in general, and creating effective networks, honing leadership skills, and improving advocacy efforts in particular.
• Mentoring the participants of face-to-face as well as the online trainings.
